Also, when Alexander decided to get contacts, Dr. Sandberg entertained Cassandra so I could forcus on Alexander with Meredith taught hum how to put them in.     This last Saturday (June 20) is the first time I've had my eyes checked since 1986, and I have to tell you my experience was totally unexpected. I expected the staff to be watching a DVD while eating something they had gotten from Freddie's deli perturbed of my intrusion. I expected the staff totally "bummed" about working on a Saturday , while thinking about what a beautiful day it was outside, gulping down a sip of Pepsi quickly only to tell me " I'll be with you in a few minutes". So on and so forth.... I guess you probably got the picture.

      As I enter through the door, Pam (I'm pretty sure that was her name) said "are you Landon?" I acknowledged and was instantly taken care of, even though I was early. I rarely get this type of experience with other businesses in the area. I'm usually dressed quite un-impressingly due to my type of work and am reminded firmly that I'm early. The wait between filling out the paper work to getting my eyes tested was minimal.

Susan, who did my preliminary exam, was a delight. She had a great attitude. I have to say she is probably one of the best examples I've seen in quite a while for customer service.

Dr. Sandberg was impressive as well. She answered all my questions (no matter how silly). Let me know what was going on. She was a down-to-earth professional with a good attitude. (Maybe she could get a side gig teaching other professionals....)

      I finished my visit with Susan picking out frames. She had to endure my nearly infinite indecisiveness and as I learned from my wife- my off character remarks. She seemed to really enjoy what she was doing.

Great team. Great attitudes. A great experience.

Dr. Coffman is an extremely knowledgeable, experienced, kind and efficient doctor.  All tests are explained, both by him and his staff, and they are willing to answer any questions you have.  It is refreshing to visit a doctor's office thats focuses on you, the patient, and takes the time to attend to your needs.  I highly recommend his practice -Lana Shane

I was pleasantly surprised by the look and feel of the office. Once you walk inside, you completely forget that it is located at the Fred Meyers mini mall, and you feel more like you walked into a boutique downtown. Everyone was extremely friendly, and very punctual. I was able to get a same day appointment as well as be able to rush to another appointment I had immediate afterward. To be perfectly honest, the experience couldn’t have been better. I look forward to my next visit. Thank you all at Coffman Vision Clinic!!
